Can I pay off my loan early? Yes, you can. You will need to contact Glow to arrange an early settlement of your loan. If you settle your loan early, you will be re-eligible for weekly Active Rewards. However, you will not be able to access the Apple Watch Benefit again until the full 24 months from Apple Watch Benefit activation has passed. Please note that, due to processing, there may be a stand down period between when your final loan repayment is received by Glow, and you are eligible for Active Rewards.

7 What happens if I miss a weekly target or don’t sync my App in the required time? We encourage you to open your app on a weekly basis to ensure your activity is syncing and your efforts are being counted towards your weekly Target and your Apple Watch Benefit Rewards. It is your responsibility to repay your loan with Glow. If you do not meet all of your weekly targets and earn all available AWB Rewards, you are responsible to pay either the partial or full loan repayment amount for that month. You will not earn AWB Rewards if you miss your weekly target. If some, or all, weekly targets are missed in a month no AWB Rewards will be contributed to your loan by AIA Vitality and that portion of loan repayment will be deducted from your bank account by direct debit, as agreed with Glow.

Who is Financed by Glow? AIA Vitality have partnered with Financed by Glow to enable the Apple Watch Benefit. Glow is our chosen third party loan provider, offering a twenty-four (24) month, interest free loan product to the value of NZD $749 in order for AIA Vitality Member’s to purchase an Apple Watch Series 11 (GPS) Aluminium 42-mm with an Apple Store Gift Card. Glow Financial Services (New Zealand) Limited, NZBN 9429053084422, trading as Financed by Glow, is the creditor in this arrangement and a registered financial service provider under FSP1010763 authorised to provide consumer credit.

2 How do I apply for this loan and what is required?
The loan application is available to complete within the AIA Vitality app for eligible AIA Vitality members who have agreed to AIA Vitality’s AWB Terms and Conditions. You will need to provide certain data directly to Glow to determine your credit eligibility, including a valid New Zealand Driver’s License or a valid passport, and answer the standard income and expense questions. If you meet Glow’s eligibility criteria for loan approval, you will need to enter into a loan Agreement directly with Glow, provide Glow with bank account information to set up a direct debit facility for any loan repayments, and pay a deposit to Glow of $125 as the initial deposit of the total loan amount of $749. 3 How long does the loan application process take? The loan application is done in real time. Please refer to Glow’s FAQ page for more information about the loan process.
4 What is the deposit payment I need to make?
As part of your Loan with Glow, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of $125 to Glow as the initial deposit of the total Loan Amount of $749. This payment is made by you, is not refundable, and is not eligible for Apple Watch Benefit Rewards.
5 Can I settle the loan before the loan term ends?
Yes, at any time you may contact Glow and repay the outstanding balance in full settlement of the loan. Please refer to Glow’s FAQ for more information on the loan agreement. If you choose to settle your loan early, you will not be eligible to apply for another AWB with AIA Vitality until the 24-month period since your previous AWB has passed. You will however be entitled to receive Active Rewards again.
6 Will I receive a notification to let me know that my payment date is coming soon?
Your loan repayment date is the 20th of each month, or the following business day. If you have a payment owing, Glow will send you a notification 3 days before you are direct debited from the bank account you provide Glow for any outstanding repayment.
7 What form of identification do I need to complete my loan application? To apply for a Loan with Glow you must provide a physical New Zealand driver’s licence or a valid passport
