CONGENITAL CONDITIONS BENEFIT
19 This Congenital Conditions Benefit covers the costs of surgery for any of the following Congenital conditions: • umbilical hernia • inguinal hernia • undescended testes • hydrocele • tongue tie • phimosis • squint The surgery must be performed in an Approved Facility by a Specialist , an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon , or a Medical Practitioner . You must seek prior approval before this Congenital Conditions Benefit is payable. We will cover up to $2,000 per Life Assured over the lifetime of the Policy .
