HOW YOU CAN EARN POINTS FOR GETTING ACTIVE As an AIA Vitality member, you can earn up to 15,000 Physical Activity Points each year! By staying active and tracking your physical activity, you’ll not only boost your health but also move closer to your next AIA Vitality Status Level. And with each new status, you earn exciting Status Rewards, choose between Airpoints Dollars™ or Woolworths Gift Cards to treat yourself! Here’s all the ways you can earn Physical Activity Points to contribute to your weekly physical activity targets :

Walk it out Earn 50 points for 7,500 steps or 100 points for 12,500+ steps .

Burn calories Earn 50-100 points for 30–60-minute workouts.

Gym time Earn 100 points at participating gyms.

Heart-pumping activities Earn up to 150 points for 30-60 minutes of exercise that gets your heart rate up.

To support you gradually increasing your physical activity and improving your health, we start your Active Rewards target at 200 Physical Activity Points and dynamically increase or decrease up to 500 points each week, depending on whether you hit your target or not the weeks prior. These targets are designed to guide you towards improving your physical activity, one step at a time, and are aligned with the World Health Organisation’s advice for staying healthy. Once you have successfully linked your compatible device or health app you are ready to start tracking activity. You can earn a maximum of 150 points in one category, per day. If you complete two or more fitness activities in one day, the highest points earning activity will be awarded.
